Falling for Fall in Michigan

Summer's
lush green trees bend
with autumn's breeze - blowing
golden, crimson red, floating leaves
up north

Geese honk
the morning's horn
playing a symphonic
cacophony - wings beating to
go south

Crackle
the fallen leaves -
naked the outstretched limbs
span blue skies touching sun's last warmth
it's Fall
